The hosts were the loveliest, most accommodating couple, when I arrived it was like I'd stepped into a little secret bit of paradise. They have a couple of dogs that came to greet me and a gorgeous cat too. They gave me a coffee and some mango when I arrived and were honestly so lovely- I was very gross at this point in my travels and they washed my clothes for me for free - easily the freshest I'd felt in about three weeks. They gave me tips of good places to go as well as a lift into town on the bike at one point - amazing people. The garden was absolutely beautiful with mango trees and flowers and chickens crowing happily away. A proper oasis. The room itself was gorgeous, like a tree house balcony style house, you climb these wooden steps to get to the top and there's a rocking chair outside waiting for you, then a big comfy bed with storage and an ensuite bathroom beautifully designed inside the sliding glass doors - it's all very easy on the eyes and so big and comfy everywhere. There is actually Internet, really good Internet! Getting to the property from the Puerto is a bit of an amble (35-40 min) walk or 3 dollars in a taxi - make sure you have the exact location on your maps as a pin or something, and you can always text a taxi guy to come pick you up, or the hosts can do it for you too - they all have WhatsApp and you can find youf first taxi cruising around the port. Even with taxis this place is still incredibly good value for San cristobal especially if you're looking for some recooperation nature time I saw so many sealions and went on some lush walks- was snorkeling with turtles and fish and swimming with sealions - amazing.

Very good accomodation at a very fair price. The location is great, close to the beach and restaurants. The personnel is reactive for the check-in, cleaning or all requests you could have. They also help you a lot to organize your plan and to visit the bests spots. The kictchen is exatly what we need with free drinkable water. Thanks again, I will recommand 100%

Such lovely staff. They picked me up at the port and dropped me off at the airport. The room is very clean and nice. There is a small kitchen for the basics if needed. It is only a short walk from the waterfront and in a quiet area. The area is not super interesting, but there are local shops and it is perfect for a budget option. I would stay here again

I had a good experience staying at "Departamento frente a la playa con 4 camas en el centro de San Cristóbal." The apartment was clean and well-equipped with towels, sheets, bath products, and drinking water. The internet and air conditioning were very helpful during our stay, especially in the warm weather. The location is excellent—right in the town center, close to the pier and many restaurants. Jean, the host, was always available over the phone and provided quick assistance when needed. However, there were a couple of issues that could have been handled better before our arrival. First, the key was not where it was supposed to be, so we had to wait for someone to bring it. Second, the electricity went off for about three hours due to an overdue payment. To be fair, both issues were addressed promptly, but they could have been avoided. Overall, I recommend staying here because the apartment is comfortable, well-furnished, and in a great location. Just make sure to check with the host about these potential concerns upon arrival.

Very good facilities and near two very good restaurants. The living space and beds were very comfy and a good place to come back to after a day of exploring to relax. Was very easy checking in.

The host is super sweet, helps arrange the trips, can give tips about what to see around, tips on good restaurants. Location is good, 20mins walking distance from airport, 10 mins from the beaches.     Very kind strong, independent women run family business. Outstanding hospitality and extra treatment on my birthday to freshly squeezed orange juice, fruit bowl with a candle and home-made fresh fish salad. We were also given some special, tradicional drink on the Day of the Dead, too.The in-house beautician service is highly recommended, I opted for the full body massage with chocolate foiling. Safe area with lots of dogs and a cat.They even reached out to us after my friend left her hairbrush to try to re-unite us on the ferry.

    I had a very comfortable and spacious apartment all by myself. The owners help you with everything you need for your stay and unless the accommodation is located in the upper part of San Cristóbal, it is easy to reach by Taxi. If you want, you will have some company of a cat and the dogs. I enjoyed the quietness of the place and would come again!
