Ms Sherwet, the host, was waiting for us (we came late as we were caught in heavy traffic). She was extremely welcoming and willing to help us in the neigborghood with advice on good restaurants and other. You will need to use Google maps geolocator to get there so make sure you give the taxi driver the exact coordinates.

The Villa is super luxurious. Very friendly professional and supportive staff .the rooms are big clean and air conditioned. The bids are clean and comfortable. Mr.Khaled the owner of the hotel is very professional and 7/24 reachable . I will definitely book it agin for my next visit to Cairo

From the moment I arrived, everything about this property exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable ,every detail was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a relaxing stay. What stood out most was the attention to detail and genuine hospitality. Whether it was the smooth check-in, the comfortable amenities, or the helpful local recommendations, the experience felt personal and seamless. The location was perfect ,close to everything I needed yet quiet enough for restful nights. I also appreciated the flexibility with payment and how accommodating the team was throughout my visit. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, service, and a truly enjoyable stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

Best bang for your buck, these guys are super helpful. The location. Is superb very close to the main drag and university yet peacful at night! Rooms are completely new. With a new, large yet quiet fridge. Nice desk and chair and built-in cupboards.. Would definitely return. WIFI was excellent also..
