We booked here last minute, and we were so happy! everything went smoothly, Bob W staff was available at all times both via whatsapp, email and phone. The apartment (2bdr/2baths) was extra comfortable and spacious, all amenities included, very well located. Very easy check-in/out. We will be checking for other properties managed by this company in our next trips for sure!

Amazing location, friendly staff and very clean and comfortable. The roof top bar was a plus. Great drinks! Even though it is very central we were on the 5th floor with a great view and there were no noises. The blackout curtains were amazing too.

We were delighted with our choice of hotel for our first visit to Madrid. You didn't ask, but the reception, consierge and their staff were always very helpful and obliging. We thought that for such an expensive room breakfast should have been included. (we paid more than 500 Euro a night). In any event, thank you so much.

    Very spacious room and a super comfortable bed, although near to a busy road it was quiet and relaxing, the common area with reception, cafeteria and bar is new and stylish. The hotel is only 8 minutes' walk from the nearest metro station. Pet friendly! Our dog was provided with bowls for food and water and a sleeping matt. Even a toy and treats were waiting for our four-legged baby.
