Everything, especially the welcome. The manager was very helpful in meeting all our needs and exceeding our expectations. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything a traveler could need. The accommodation is a little outside Bilbao, but in a quiet area, close to the airport and the bus station that takes you to the center of Bilbao.

WOW just WOW, Amazing place. Views, house, gardens, Pilars warm and friendly welcome, her communication with instructuons on how to get there and what to do when we arrived were PERFECT. The place is so Safe, secure and makes you feel right at home. Pilar is an absolutley lovely, friendly lady. Delighted to have met her and could have stayed chating to her longer. Gave us our own space/privacy and left us complete use of the pool uninteruped. Her apartment has everything you could ask for and more. Apartment, Pool and garden were immaculate. A family of 4 and we all agreed we LOVED it. Would we return???? MOST DEFINITLY 100% YES.

The house was in a perfect location by bus to Bilbao .Communication was excellent with the hosts and were there to greet us. Shared kitchen and lounge well facilitated and great place to meet fellow travellers. Information given of local/Bilbao sights and available means of transport..Plenty of parking space. Very comfortable and clean room with brilliant views of the countryside from the verandah. Totally recommend it for all friends and family.

    Best value for money place I have ever stayed. The staff made us feel great (including our dog that was treated like a regular human client) and the whole stay I felt like a guest at a friend's house, not a visitor. Perfect location to enjoy the basque country, not only bilbao, but also the surrouding villages such as Mundaka and Bermeo.

    Good location and hotel near to airport. Had a relaxing swim and also a restaurant evening meal, which was ok but a little expensive. Accommodated my son's dog for additional cost in room.

    The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is a pet friendly hotel and you can eat in the bar with your dog and the food is delicious. The hotel is convenient to both airport and is half an hour from the boat.
