Getting the keys was not a problem but we couldn't workout where the actual property was but we were helped by a nice local lady and the accommodation was very nice and modern.

Luis and the wonderful reception staff went out of their way to make us feel so welcome and as we were lucky enough to have the whole castle to ourselves for most of our stay, it was an incredible experience for all of us. The apartments are located in the best possible area of the town center. No cars allowed there so it's a quiet area even though just round the corner you have all the main areas. I was surprised by how clean they had everything upon my arrival. The apartment is well equipped, especially for longer stays like mine. Maybe I would prefer a separate washing machine for each floor to make things more convenient, especially when it get busy. Last but not least, the hostess, Elsa is rally good at what she's doing and took care of all my needs whenever I needed her support. Definitely coming back next year.
