Simply everything. This is an exceptional property that has far exceeded our expectations. Ludovic was simply the Best and he fulfilled all our wishes such as arranging a great restaurant for us and recommending outdoor activities. In addition, he is also a great sommelier. Our room overlooked the vinyards and the view was absolutely stunning. It was very clean with a vintage bathtub and comfortable bed/ linen. The breakfast, which was a dream, was even served on the terrasse in the sunshine (end of oct). Really amazing. This property is immaculate, has on-site parking and pets are more than welcome. This B&B definitely has a lot of flair…. I sincerely recommend this beautiful and tasteful place!!!

Julie renovated her grand dad's house and a high spec yet traditional flat. It used to be where their vendageurs stayed. Outside looks like a simple typical house in the region. The car parking is large and gated. The stairs to the the flat (10 steps?) is a beautiful oak wood. Open plan kitchen and living room with two windows, very bright and airy. Separate bedroom with its own bright window overlooking Julie's vineyard, Walk-in shower, separate loo, all comfortable and a lot of space. Very well equipped kitchen, can live there for a week or more. walk 5 mins to the butcher/charcuterie or the boulangerie. And Julie's place has soul and personality, it's new but you can feel history. It's a very good place and I will come back again.

Very quiet pricey place, bird farm. Beautiful views around. Very good location in Champagne - easy and quick access to all places in Champagne. Close to the most important vineyard landscapes. Well equipped house. Great hearty breakfast. We had a small room without a view, but it was suitable for a few nights. The hosts are friendly but do not speak English, and we did not speak French, so the communication was very short and emotional. In the evening, it is worth ordering an inexpensive dinner, especially if you like duck. Highly recommend, especially for a few days or a week.

A lovely place to stay! We arrived in the middle of the harvest and got to experience the everyday life of the winemaking couple Julien and Sarah Launois! They are very welcome in a relaxed environment. Our Cocker spaniel Enzo felt at home on the farm. An excellent French breakfast is served, and you also have access to a large common kitchen. The rooms are large and individually furnished. Very nice! We thank the couple for their hospitality and can warmly recommend them!

Everything was available and Jean-Luc was always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was outstanding and they take care of their guests. Accommodation was like new and well maintained. Good location and within walking distance of Epernay Centre. Information on places to visit was readily available.

    Off road parking in a gorgeous champagne village. The hotel is perfect location 20 minutes off motorway on way back to UK. The restaurant meal was above and beyond anything we expected and was great value for money. Rooms lovely and modern and great bathroom - would definitely stay again

    Brand new or totally refurbished hotel to a very high standard. All excellently done and very comfortable with a good restaurant. Located in a very small town in the champagne region with many nearby vintners. To be tried on a future trip I hope. Nice enclosed parking.
