This hotel is a little bit tired and quirky but we found it clean, very friendly staff, large room made up as we asked for , the food was very good ,we ate in the bar as we had our dog 🐕 with us . The dog was made very welcome with a water bowl and treats in the room. I am about to see if I can book a room for next week

Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location as we were there for the oasis concert, and would just like to add that it was great value for money and appreciate not putting up the price because of this like most air bnb/hotels did. Great communication if there was anything we needed.

Roderick on reception was truly fabulous. He was professional, kind, and full of empathy. The breakfast manager lady was great. And recognised me after 18 months. As a solo lady traveller , you feel very safe and comfortable. The area is very pretty.

I loved its history, it’s quaintness and ‘coziness’ with only 37 rooms. The personal service was second to none and the staff were outstandingly efficient, helpful, friendly and kind; nothing was too much trouble. My room was very comfortable and extremely clean. The breakfasts were also superb with quick service. A terrific start to my holiday. Thank you very much Old Mill Hotel.
