Fabulous cottage. Very comfortable and characterful, beautiful location, well-equipped and much more spacious inside than it looks from the outside. There are lovely walks locally and the river Wye is just across the road. A pub a few minutes' walk away and it's just a few miles from Buxton. The supply of tea, coffee and milk in the kitchen was a nice touch.

Very clean and well furnished. There is underfloor heating too! Property was located within walking distance to The Crescent and visitor center. Sheets and towels were freshly laundered and smelt very nice. Communication with host was clear and efficient. Free parking.

It was absolutely spotless. The decor was stunning in every room. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment needed. The location was great. Overall, it was perfect with a luxurious feeling and the owners were extremely helpful and accommodating providing all the information needed and checking we were happy with everything when we arrived.

It was beautifully decorated and equipped, clean and cosy. Ideal for the town, just a short walk. Prudence ( our cocker) thinks it was fab, space for Zoomies and a 5 minute walk to the pavilion park which was full of squirrels n geese.

Fab location and having a parking space is always a bonus. Rooms are small but we were only using it as a base so it was perfect. The kitchen is extremely well equipped - stayed with a baby so cooked a few dinners in. Would recommend a stay here as a base for Buxton and the peaks.

Great self-catering accommodation. Near enough to travel into various areas. Food in the pub downstairs is excellent, so good we ate there throughout our stay in the evenings. Locals provided a great atmosphere in the pub.

    Clean comfortable room. Great location. Dog Friendly. Amazing value on our stay. It us a beautiful building from a more stylish age. We stayed in a compact double and it had everything you need and was spotlessly clean. £59 a night? A bargain The bar is reasonable prices and the gardens at the front are beautifully maintained

    My sister and myself stopped for 1 night b+b at this lovely accommodation. The owners have been there for 8 yrs and they have made it a lovely gem of a find.i would highly recommend the accommodation, they also have self-catering accommodation, and also dog friendly. The breakfast was great all quality butcher's products. Off road car parking.we will definitely be returning. The owners are so informative and nothing is to much trouble.

    Gorgeous large apartment, decorated to a high standard, with own parking space. It had absolutely everything we needed for our stay, very central location and very doggy friendly. We had our 2 dogs with us and food/water bowls provided, also throws for settees so the dogs could go on there, a dog bed and treats! A wonderful time had by all.

    Lovely looking hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. James the pianist was lovely to listen to in the evening at the bar. Amazing that its dog friendly, although i didnt bring my dog. There were lovely dogs going around. Great location for the peak district. And good breakfast. Room was fab for the price.

    The location was excellent, easy walk into Buxton with lovely walks in Pavilion Gardens, first trip to Buxton would highly recommend. The self contained apartment was beautiful, well equipped and very dog friendly with bowls treats and a dog bed. The apartment was spacious, warm, really comfy bed, lovely warm welcoming hosts, couldn’t fault it. Also private parking.
