Modern, clean, dog friendly, views of the field, ample off road parking . Bed very comfortable and although a Studio apartment, was plenty big enough for a couple. The wall fire was nice especially as some of the evenings were chilly. WiFi was excellent.

I loved my stay in Primrose Lodge. Lovely quiet cul de sac in woodland setting. Everything you need, so modern & spacious. Bed was so comfy. Shower was divine. Wish I had extra time to enjoy apartment more. The interior design was beautiful. If I could bring Primrose Lodge with me to Ireland & live in it I would. Susan was so helpful too. Loved my stay in Maldon, its fab here🩷

    DOUBLE ROOM!! WoW what a great looking room decor is fantastic maybe not to everyone's taste only if you like alot of Oak wood the ensuite is exceptional a complete wet room with a overhead shower but be careful, water escapes and puddles start forming into the toilet section also onto bedroom carpet. Breakfast was fantastic with a massive selection to choose from and all staff very friendly. Restaurant on the night very dog friendly food ok and drinks very expensive beware.

    Regularly stay at the Compasses. The pub is probably my favourite in the world (!) and the accommodation is pretty good. Rooms are nice and quiet around a pleasant courtyard. Dog friendly.

    Beautiful place, each room was different and named. There was a modern shower room decent sized bedroom. It was however in the middle of nowhere. Some houses scattered around but most importantly there was no street lighting at all. The food was first class freshly made for you including breakfast. The prices were competitive, it was on a room basis only so the meals were extra. We had a lovely comfortable stay and would certainly go back again, ideal for rest and relaxation. First class...

    The accommodation was spot on. Newly decorated and very well maintained. The staff were very welcoming and attentive to any needs that I had. Loved the location too and the food in the adjoining pub was perfect. It's a great location if you love the countryside and have a dog.
