Cosy little cottage that felt like home. The host was amazing, leaving us with a beautiful care package on arrival. Our dog was also in heaven with the amazingly large garden to run around in. Would highly recommend a stay here if you want to spend sometime in the central highlands with easy access to all areas.

    A lovely kitchen and great space for two couples. The fact that the house is dog friendly was great with a good sized enclosed garden. We saw the Pine Martins and it was very kind of the hosts to alert us in their note about them and even leave some peanut butter to attract them. Great walking of challenging Munroes within an hour or less.

    Not sure what to expect but our room was great, just like a proper hotel room. Comfy bed and huge shower. We were allocated a ground floor room (handy as we had a dog with us). Lovely woodland location but a little difficult to find, even though we had been sent an email giving specific directions (we turned too early, following instructions re traffic cones - there was more than one set!). But easily remedied

    The rooms were big and baths had a jacuzzi. In the morning the staff were extra helpful and friendly, they even gave us 3 doggy bags for the ones who never made breakfast in time to leave with. Great service. A great location aswell.

    Had a couple of nights stay at Achilty guest house. The proprietor was very friendly & welcoming ( M ). The chalet was spacious and dog friendly and clean,bed was made daily which was a nice surprise ! Continental breakfast was plentiful, with good choices. We were visiting family and friends in the area, so was a good location for us. The price paid was good value for the time of year and location. Would we stay there again ? Yes

    Located easy to find off main road but set back enough to be very peaceful. The room was elegant with a wonderful modern bathroom. Old windows restored to work like new allowing me to cool the room down and listen to the birds. Beautiful gardens, perfect for my dog and staff very welcoming to us both.
