    Wow, Roxie House was home away from home, during a long stay from late spring to early summer. Louise and Mike are excellent hosts. They were very communicative and supportive during our stay. It was a perfect setting for our long stay because the design gave us a well equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable sitting room and a large seperate bedroom. Alfington, is close to the town of Honiton, the A30 and railway station.

    The property is beautifully appointed and the attention to detail was delightful. Easy to find location, more than adequate parking and the thoughtful supply of eggs, bread, milk, cheese and coffee along with a selection of breakfast cereals was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again. Very many thanks.

    Cosy and private the perfect location for a weekend getaway in lovely peaceful surroundings. The little extras like milk and bread were such a thoughtful touch and loved all the plants!

    Cute, quirky accommodation with everything you need to be self-sufficient in self catering. Also has a chiminea in the garden and was just soulful and beautiful. Louise and Mike were kind and took time to check all was ok. We had a great weekend and it was a truly lovely place to get away too
