We booked the junior suite and it was very lovely. Beautiful room, very clean, very roomy, fancy bathtub. The staff is extremely friendly and always happy to help. Couldn't have picked a better accomodation for our London trip. The restaurant offers tasty food and pretty decoration, it's also a wedding location

Front desk team member Liam was helpful, friendly and professional. Check-in smooth and quick. My room was lovely - clean, spacious and quiet. The bed was super comfy and shower nice and warm. The car park is vast and whilst busy, spaces could be found.

    The location was perfect for our trips out and stunning scenery I carnt wait to go back in summer the room was just perfect for what we needed and dog friendly. Although we didn't eat in the hotel it looked absolutely stunning and smelled delicious they were catering for a baby shower on the day we arrived. The outside are on the canal is beautiful with lots of heated evening sitting and pods that are bookable and a staged area for night performances. What a gem 😍
