    Its location is amazing. The outside access for 24 hour coming and going is perfect. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Especially the young girl with the long brown hair who checked us in but forgive me I don’t know her name. Pub dog rocky is amazing.

    Just fantastic, we loved the flat and the lagoon behind was just stunning. Location was fab with the 700 bus to Brighton just over the road and the train station a 5 min drive away. As the the other reviews it was a real home from home and every detail had been so well thought out wirh addition of treats for both us and our dog. Kerrie is a fantastic host and we can't wait to come again.

    Fantastic property. So comfortable and had everything we needed and more . Welcome pack was a very pleasant surprise . Parking right out in front was a bonus .even though the weather terrible we had a very nice trip . Will definitely be booking again . Very dog friendly and even treats for the hound . Five star *****

    Very comfortable and clean with everything one needs. Very generous welcome pack including wine, breakfast goodies, as well as doggie welcome pack including treats and bed. Private yard for my dog. Only a short walk to Widewater Lagoon and the beach. Excellent communications with the owner.
