It’s located in a very sweet little town in the middle of a beautiful countryside. The owner is absolutely marvelous and he makes you fresh breakfast at a time of your choice and a coffee was excellent.     Chris the owner was so kind, it was one of the hottest weeks of the year and we were there for the YKC with a dog. He said we could use the freezer for water bottles, he let us borrow an umbrella for shade. The breakfast he made every morning (even when it was really early) was fresh, tasty and cooked to perfection. Honestly the nicest B&B we have ever stayed in. Would recommend to anyone, thank you again for a fantastic week.

    Great location, cosy place, easy access, Chris was a welcoming host and a great spread provided for breakfast. The Fox pub was just round corner and food was great there too.

    The location for ine. My friend & I were heading for dog show at Rutland showground next day..just 12 mins away. Very dog friendly guest house & lan area to walk our 2 dogs just up the road. Easy to park. Host so friendly & welcoming. Room clean & comfortable. Smashing breakfast with your choice of time. Lovely seating area outside if needed & weather allows. If ever in this area again will definitely be booking again..can't recommend enough

    Classical b&b with exceptional and very attentive host. Breakfast to perfection. Possible to use kitchen facilities if you don't want to eat out. Room clean and comfortable bed. Small but functional bathroom. Pet friendly.

    We love the location, love the old building with log fire. Lovely en suite. breakfast was good, just limited on the cooked side. Pet friendly overall good experience, would happily stay again.

    We loved the location in the quiet village, Chris was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent (delicious omelette, fruit, yoghurts, toast, etc.) The lounge was really cosy with a wood fire and the kitchen could be used in the daytime. It was totally dog friendly which was great, just £10 for an entire stay.
