The food for dinner and breakfast were fantastic. We were welcomed very, very kind. The rooms were easy, but everything was there to walk up the stairs to the rooms with a dog and luggage is quite complicated. Parking slots are available, which is very good.

A cosy, well maintained, clean and comfortable cottage. It was well furnished and beds were comfortable. There was a lovely goodie basket with some treats to keep us happy after some long walks. It has easy access to Downton and some fantastic local walks.
