Cottage was beautiful. New bathroom and kitchen. Lovely decor and furniture throughout. The cleanliness was immaculate throughout. Lovely clean bedding. 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly hotel staff and the hotel itself is very near to the train station, the town and the beach. It has fabulous private gardens. As it was December when I stayed, the hotel was beautifully decorated with a lovely festive Christmas feel in all the public rooms.

    The room we were moved to. Breakfast was good and plenty of it. If you want fried eggs/poached you need to ask. The location was superb if you walked through the gardens out of the bottom gate you were on the seafront. All the staff we spoke to were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is super dog friendly (so if you don't like dogs don't stay there) so there are dogs everywhere. It is not a modern hotel very oldy worldy
