Located right by the sea, this hotel was absolutely perfect for us. It was really clean, and decorated in a comfy and homey way. We had plenty of space including an extra room for tea and coffee just to ourselves. Bed and all furniture were very comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and the breakfast was super delicious. And it's only a short bus ride from Brodick pier and you have access to other restaurants and pubs within a short walking distance ( in addition to the hotel's own lovely restaurant). We would highly recommend a stay here.

The hotel’s location was the reason I chose it, and I wasn’t disappointed! I also had dinner, breakfast and drinks there, and in addition to a cosy atmosphere and very nice staff, the food was top notch! Lastly… if you are able, try and book the rooms facing the bay, and be treated to incredible sunrises! I can’t wait to stay there again. Bonus point, it is easily accessible with public transport.

Wonderful place, perfectly located. The island is small but there was some points of interest close by, we were even able to walk. The view and site is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. The rooms are cute and cosy and the staff was very pleasant and always helpful. We also ate at the hotels restaurant and everything was delicious! We highly enjoyed our stay and we recommend without hesitation!

    Brilliant location, the staff/our North American hostess were so friendly (they even gave us free cinnamon buns - yum!). The decor was lovely and the breakfast was delicious.

    We were staying on the Kintyre Peninsula but decided to have a 2 day break to Arran. Due to the fact we had our pet we were limited with options of where to stay, however despite a lot of negative reviews for The Burlington we opted for it and was so glad we did. The staff were excellent, location superb and breakfast brilliant.

    We felt really welcomed by the lady who served us breakfast - always polite and accommodating, and with a smile :) the breakfasts were delicious, with an option for vegetarians too. We brought our dog with us and she was greeted warmly by the team every time they saw her. All in all this felt like a very dog friendly place. Our room was clean with a comfy matress and pillows, and we had a view of the ocean, which was lovely to wake up to every morning.

    Bed was incredibly comfortable, good central location but quiet and peaceful, staff were so nice and friendly! They didn't mind my dog (she's a 4year old German shepherd who likes to bark at people). Breakfast was really good! We liked the various options and enjoyed the food we received.
