Good location.Wasn’t sure on arrival as entrance was round the back where there were several bins.Parking space if needed.Once inside it was lovely. Clean,comfortable,warm ,and plenty of room.Host was very helpful over the phone. Will certainly go back.👍

This was my second time staying at the property, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The place is lovely—clean, comfortable, and very peaceful, which made for a really relaxing stay. It’s located in a nice quiet area, perfect for unwinding. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and pleasant place to stay.

The property was stunning 🤩 Lots of original features and decorated to a high standard. The location was superb! Close to the beach, park and shops, we didn't use the car once on our 3-night stay. The hosts were fantastic and really welcoming. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit this lovely area that is packed with things to do for all ages.

We needed a break away from life's troubles to just sit back and relax along with our dog. And this trip did just that for us. Even for it being a bank holiday weekend. We found the park to be so quiet. Everything we needed was supplied for us. It comes with all the basics you need to just unpack and make a meal and enjoy the peace. And it's close to the little nature trail to walk your dog which is handy. And just to add. The double bed which we stayed in although a bit small was very comfortable. Slept like a baby all weekend.

Quiet and peaceful 2 minutes from the beach. The house was so cosy with everything you need. The little food extras were so lovely and really appreciated. We will definitely return when the weather is better. Thank you for a wonderful stay

The cottage is in a fabulous location for exploring the North East coast with Cullercoats beach just a very short walk. Simpson Street is a lovely street of colourful cottages and there is plenty of free parking outside the cottage. Access to the metro is extremely easy too. Cowrie Cottage is welcoming, cosy and comfortable. It’s very tastefully decorated and is well-equipped. The log burning fire is great. The owner text to say the cottage was ready for our stay earlier than check-in time which was a nice touch. Julie was also quick to respond when text with a query. She was extremely helpful. We will definitely return!

It was a fantastic hotel and great location for exploring Hadrian's wall, Lindisfarne, Whitby etc. We loved the breakfast and dinner. It felt like Hercule Poirot could step out from the door. Staff very helpful, easy access by car, Sainburys and gas station just around the corner. We were lucky with good weather and the sunrise was beautiful.

    Beautiful apartment in a great location. Situated across the road from the park was perfect for our dog (and son). Spotlessly clean and felt bigger than the photos indicate. Communication from Raymond was fantastic. Very thorough details about the parking and key pick up and even let us know when the flat was ready earlier than check in time. Sometimes pet friendly stays can be basic but not here. The decor is beautiful and comfortable. Having a back door straight into the property was a bonus too. Would definitely recommend!

    Maria and the staff are really welcoming, friendly, and professional. My friend and I had a lovely stay, and we'll definitely be back. The room was spacious and very bright. the view was exceptional, The beds are very comfy. It was very clean throughout. Maria's breakfast was delicious 😋 Being dog friendly was a bonus. The Cara's location is ideal, as it's close to everything. Thank you, Maria, and staff for a wonderful stay.

    Great location in Whitley bay with parking very close by. A lovely position offering sea views. Hosts were very lovely and very friendly. Breakfast cooked to order , all great quality ingredients. Pet friendly (even went that extra mile to give our dog some bacon at breakfast)

    The caravan was so well equipped - my sister and I felt like we were staying in a family home rather than just a holiday home. Great location for the beach and a short drive to restaurants shops. Communication with Janice our host was excellent and access couldn't be simpler. Janice left us fresh milk and treats - so welcome after a longish drive. The bonus for us - Pet friendly. We hope to return again - there is so much to see and do in the area. It is possible to buy a pass to use the resort facilities - although we did not.

    We were let down by our original accommodation and found this at short notice, what we paid for the house was as much as we would have paid just for b&b so it was a winner. Great spot , roomy , clean and of course dog friendly, we were asked a couple of do's and don't's but Sean was great with communication. Comfortable bed and all home comforts. Off road parking as well.
