The stay was really good. The owner is super friendly and you immediately felt at home. The price/value was unbeatable for me. The shared kitchen was very well equipped. The bus stop is only 2-3 minutes away. You're right on the beach and there are several shops nearby. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was large and the bedroom was surprisingly good equipped. What can I say? I'd love to come back.

We actually stayed with the neighbors for overflow and they were really incredibly kind and welcoming, one of our best experiences in 3 weeks in Georgia! We were fed food, drinks, could wash, and stayed up late chatting with the family. We would absolutely return to LouNik!

We stayed here for 3 nights with three people from Armenia, and I can confidently say that this is the best option in terms of value for money. The location is fantastic—just a few steps from some of the best restaurants and very close to the beach. The room was comfortable, clean, and recently renovated. A special thanks to the guesthouse administration Sofo and Gvantsa, who is incredibly welcoming and kind. She was always quick to provide solutions to any of our questions, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We spent a lovely few days at Guni’s beautiful apartment in Tsikhisdziri, and it was truly a memorable experience. Tucked away in a peaceful, green setting, the home offers a calm escape just steps from the sea. Waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee on the balcony with that stunning view quickly became our favorite part of the day. The apartment itself is warm and welcoming, bright with natural light. Every room feels intentional, from the cozy bedroom to the small but well-equipped kitchen. The quiet atmosphere around made it easy to slow down and fully relax. Guni was a fantastic host, kind, attentive, and always quick to help. Everything, from our arrival to departure, was simple and smooth thanks to her thoughtful communication. If you’re in search of a tranquil retreat with nature and sea just outside your window, this place is a gem. We’d love to come back!
