Then, the beauty of the location, with the trees and the lovely views over Gavdos mountains and the sea. It is a family business, the owners are very sweet and make you feel at home! Our room had all we needed and it was genuinely as shown in photos. We liked that the towels and sheets were changed regularly. The tavern had amazing breakfast and food. A tavern with deliciously prepared fresh fish and veggies from a garden in front of our room!! Great fava and vlita, fried squid, all cooked near perfection. Not for the fancy gourmet lovers, perfect for those that know the true taste of traditional food.
