The whole property is beautifully designed, with tastefully arranged gardens, buildings, and pool area. My studio apartment was spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They prepared the room efficiently so I could check in a couple of hours earlier than usual, and they were also flexible on my departure day, allowing me to keep the room until later in the afternoon for a small fee, which was very convenient with my evening flight. Their hospitality truly stood out! ♡ The location was very convenient too, with a bike rental shop right across the street and supermarkets nearby.

Brand new apartment with super comfortable bed, great shower and nice balcony to watch the sunset. The apartment is in an amazing location close to the beach and within walking distance to Kos Town. Host was incredibly friendly and warm and went above and beyond to accommodate me for my stay in Kos.

What a great property fully equipped very clean comfortable and close to Kos town centre to enjoy a great walk on the promenade or spending amazing time on many beaches and fabulous restaurants all around different parts of Kos town Enjoyed staying in the apartment with air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms and a tv with plenty of channels Claudia the host is a wonderful lady answering all messages and any requests promptly she is very helpful at any time thank you for everything The advice is to rent a car or a scooter to help move around as definitely you will need it

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the city. The house itself is beautifully designed and very new.     The property is in a splendid location. The views from the pool area are spectacular. Being on higher ground the property benefits from a cooling breeze. The swimming pool is a good size and the gardens are large, well maintained and pleasant. The apartment is well equipped, save for a dishwasher which I don't regard as essential. The pool is shared by only two apartments, which makes for a very peaceful and relaxing place.

    Everything was great, the location is amazing, the energy of the place and the host Giorgos is one of a kind, he was always there if we needed anything, he also took us to the ferry and picked us up when we went to Rhodes for 2 days. Definitely recommend!
