The whole property is beautifully designed, with tastefully arranged gardens, buildings, and pool area. My studio apartment was spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They prepared the room efficiently so I could check in a couple of hours earlier than usual, and they were also flexible on my departure day, allowing me to keep the room until later in the afternoon for a small fee, which was very convenient with my evening flight. Their hospitality truly stood out! ♡ The location was very convenient too, with a bike rental shop right across the street and supermarkets nearby.

Brand new apartment with super comfortable bed, great shower and nice balcony to watch the sunset. The apartment is in an amazing location close to the beach and within walking distance to Kos Town. What a great property fully equipped very clean comfortable and close to Kos town centre to enjoy a great walk on the promenade or spending amazing time on many beaches and fabulous restaurants all around different parts of Kos town Enjoyed staying in the apartment with air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms and a tv with plenty of channels Claudia the host is a wonderful lady answering all messages and any requests promptly she is very helpful at any time thank you for everything The advice is to rent a car or a scooter to help move around as definitely you will need it

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the city. The house itself is beautifully designed and very new. The host was super kind and responsive, answering all my questions promptly. The house was equipped with everything I needed, and the welcome goodies were a much-appreciated touch. Thank you very much for an incredible stay! Very clean and well equipped two-bedroom apartment for the best price. Nice swimming pool area. Coffee, breakfast and snacks available at the bar. Quiet location, max. 10 minutes walk to the centre of Kos. 100% satisfied!
