We came in last minute as we were sick and needed to extend our stay in Panajachel. The place is lovely with enormous potential. It is a beautiful hotel with a fantastic view on the lake and the volcanoes. Quiet places give you the possibility to rest and the garden also allows you to walk, relax and enjoy flowers and birds around. The personnel are very kind and patient. Rooms are clean, comfortable and the view is very nice.

Location is perfect, close to everything yet very peaceful & quiet. The room was as it looked in the pictures, really cute decoration and comfy (and bathroom with actual hot water!!). I was working from there and wifi was really good. The garden is stunning, the heated pool is a big plus. And super convenient to have parking included. They have also have a restaurant and the food was de-li-cious. The best place to eat around Pana for sure, the wood-oven pizza was just to die for. Overall, best value for money. This will be my go-to spot next time I come to the lake!

Exeptional, one and only in the entire world lake and volcanos viev from your private balcony. I strongly recommend this spectacular "show" of nature. No desire to leave the balcony. Helpfull and friendly staff. Clean. What's important: private and guarded parking.

Location is really central but still very calm. We had comfortable clean room and very good sleep, no noise from the street disturbed our rest. The staff is helpful and kind. The spa was nice and relaxing, clean and warm. The whole complex is not new, but good maintained. We would book again.
