The perfect combination of the newly built hotel’s location and the staff’s attitude made the experience even better. I also really appreciate that there are two different restaurants and a bar — they truly know how to cook with great quality, which is not always the case even in expensive hotels. Here, they really exceeded expectations.

Okay for starters I LOVED the location of the apartment, right in city center, next to restaurants, bars, iconic historic spots, etc. The host was super nice since the beginning, she let me know all the relevant information of my stay before hand on the bookings messages, she let me know where exactly she was going to leave me the keys so that I can serve myself and enter, with pictures and everything - super easy to find them. The flat was of perfect size, it was really really complete from touristic magazines advising what to do in Zadar, from plates, coffee, cups, glasses, kitchen table, A/Cs, to ironing equipment, etc. etc. Really this apartment exceded my expectations, all of my family loved it! I would definitely stay there again!

The hostess was very attentive and polite, always responding quickly to my messages. I felt dizzy and my blood pressure was low, and she kindly let me check in early so I could rest. We stayed here for 7 nights, the apartment was very clean, it was like new. We were in apartment 1 and it was big enough for two people. We also had a little patio outside where we had our breakfast each day. The pool and the jacuzzi were very clean as well. If you had questions, the host did answer fast. I would recommend it for sure! The parking space was also very handy because for this holiday we would recommend a car to visit the waterfalls, split, ... You also can use the water taxi if you want to visit zadar old town for 8 euro each person for a return ticket. It's only a 15 min walk. In the neighborhood we ate at some great restaurants that were 10 min away from the apartment.

    It was an amazing vacation! The apartment is big and beautiful. It is located near the sea - only 5-7 min on foot. There's a large and sunny terrace, where you can sunbathing at day and make grills in the evening. In the kitchen, it was all we needed for cooking and even a bottle of wine in the fridge. It was very nice. Also, there's a garage under the house, so our car was safe. And this place is dog friendly - if you travel with your pet, you can stay here without any problems
