The staff is just perfect; all of them are very kind, helpful and informative. They took care of every single thing I asked with a smile on their faces and professionally. I want to thank the Management for their support arranging the airport pick up and the flexibility showed. The hotel is spotless clean and the location is very convenient. The apartment was spotless, very clean and amazing facilities throughout. The beds were very comfy and the sofa bed was all Made up ready for our arrival. The staff were all very friendly and spoke good English which always helps, they would always be there to assist us if required. I would highly recommend staying here to all my friends and family. Thanks again for a great stay in Budapest.

    Breakfast is fresh and delicious, completed, without fruits. The place is tranquil and peaceful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, bathroom with all the necessary. We traveled with my service dog and they put a fee on him. There is a parking very comfortable with an automatic door. This is very important in this city. It takes only 9 minutes to go to the center by car. Excellent location.
