Stunning, rural location overlooking rice fields, lush greenery and Mont Rinjani summit in the distance. The constant hum of crickets and the flittering of hundreds of dragonflies along with the scenery makes for a gorgeous nature retreat away from it all. Nip and Awan, along with their lovely family, were lovely hosts and the homemade food was delicious. Nip and Molls took us in the most amazing trek across paddy fields, down through jungle, across rivers and up to Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep waterfalls, as well as showing us and explaining about traditional villages and taking us to an ancient mosque. Nip was really knowledgeable about everything from agriculture, plants, traditions and history and we would highly recommend taking her up on her offering of this opportunity. We will definitely be back if we’re ever in Lombok again. We didn’t do the Mont Rinjani trek this time but you always have to leave something to come back to do, right?! Thank you so much for a memorable experience 🙏🏼

I really can recommend this place! Right from the start, the welcome drink made me feel special. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The food was also amazing we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room is also very cozy and we slept really well there. No sound of cars or scooters,… The host spoke great English and was very helpful with tips for local activities. You also can take a swim there in the river and the view of the rice fields is amazing. Thank you for this unforgettable stay. Can’t wait to come back.

spacious & clean room. breakfast was amazing big portions and tasty friendly staff. and we got hot shower in this lovely place, the best hot shower we ever had, the staf itself do their best just to make your stay unforgettable. This was the best experience and accommodation during our three week stay in Lombok and Bali. The owners are the most heartwarming people we have ever met. It was a privilege to get to know them. They picked us from a different accommodation in Lombok and drove us to Senaru with quick stops to take a picture along the way. Our room was very clean, big shower and bed. Cute terrace to relax and enjoy. Pictures do not tell the whole story and I assure you it is a wonderful, big enough and very clean! Common area is spacious and nice, you can order food as well and the food was amazing (I recommend pineapple pancakes for breakfast,lunch and dinner). We also went Setampol crater rim with then and they provided the best guide and porters you can have so special thanks to Joerdi and Asan ada, A raffael to making this hike the best we ever had. Everything went smoothly, food was so good - this is an experience we will remember our whole life, we appreciate it a lot.

    Stunning location set amongst rice padi fields and run by an amazing local women. My partner and I had the best curry and rendang of our Indonesian trip. The place is super peaceful and great to base yourself for the hike up to Rinjani or for day trips around the area. Even a quick 1 hr sunset stroll the rice padis was incredible. 💯 reccomend.

    Beautiful place! The staff were so lovely and went out of their way to help us - they prepared an early breakfast for us, and we were able to leave our stuff in our room when we went on an overnight hiking trip to Mt Rinjani, and they booked a car to get us back to the harbour. They also have scooter rental and can arrange tours. Worth noting that the location is not actually in Senaru but the village adjacent to it (around 20 minutes by drive), not much around the hotel however it's a lovely area!
