We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel itself was excellent clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. But what truly made the experience special were Showkat and Nadeem. The houseboat was beautiful and spacious. Mr. Shahid, the owner was around and he personally showed us around. He booked us a reliable cab for site seeing. The houseboat itself has all the basic necessities that one may need for the stay. The breakfast and meals were simple but delicious and were served hot and with a lot of love. Mr Zahir, the caretaker was brilliant, and was always prompt with anything we asked. The location is brilliant for local site seeing.

It’s an home stay, where you feel it as home as the hotel is managed by a family. I am totally impressed by the hospitality provided. Anything you require, it will be taken care. My trip went memorably, as trip planning and everything was taken care by them. Especially I want to thank Shahid Rashi, who is the owner of the hotel, is very friendly and excellent hospitality provided by him. Our trip went amazing. I would highly recommend this place for stay. You just have to stay with peace and rest everything is taken care of.

Everything was beyond my expectations. The hosts were incredibly caring and kind — they welcomed me warmly and answered all my questions with attention. The breakfast was delicious, the room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. The energy of the place is simply magical, and the location is great. I got sick due to the weather, and they took care of my health and even helped with my travel arrangements. Excellent property, the best customer service ever. We were made to feel at home. Anything we asked for, the helpers provided without hesitation. The owner of the boat visited us at dinner and spoke for a while. The warmth in that conversation was just so good.
