Likely our most memorable stay in India. Benny and his family were incredibly gracious hosts, helpful guides, and amazing cooks! They have an authentic and functional spice garden which Benny gave us a tour through. Honestly for a visit to Munnar it doesn’t get much better than this. You’ll need a driver to get to most of the sights (it’s about 50 minutes from Munnar town), but this is true for almost any other alternative accommodation anyway, so don’t take the distance from the town as a negative!

The view from the property is too great. The morning view especially. Definitely will visit here on our next visit. We really enjoyed our stay here and truely peaceful and the staffs were really polite and were really helpful.

This was one of the nicest stays I've ever had anywhere in the world. The jungle view from our room and from the breakfast balcony is simply stunning. Sabu and Mini are delightful hosts who know their way around the area, and provided delicious breakfast and dinner. They connected us with local driver Sijo who was brilliant. We spent a memorable day with him visiting the Eruvakilam park, tea factory, and spice plantation. Highlight was a wander through the tea plants in a setting that was one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. Sabu also organised a cookery dem with neighbour Jubi and took us up the hill for massages and tea. We had three nights and left on a high. Don't expect 5* but the rooms are big, clean, perfectly comfortable and we love 'bucket' showers. Sit on the balcony and tell me this isn't paradise! It was also the cheapest accommodation of our time in Kerala. In every respect our stay with Sabu and Mini far exceeded our expectations. Don't miss this. Michelin would describe this as 'worth the journey'.

Room was neat and spacious. Host was friendly and helpful. Lovely pets made us relaxed and stress free. The nature was so beautiful and the big balcony works wonderfully in enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Host Vinu arranged everything we needed and we had long chats together. It was the best time we had in India. Our host tries everything he could to provide a peaceful stay.
