The staff welcomed me after having some struggles with a previous booking, where the hotel was actually in construction and I had an alternative solution. They saved me for the night. Kumar has been very kind and messaged me to make sure that all was ok. The room is big and the bed is confortable. The bathroom is spacious and has hot water. Plus there's AC and a fan for the warmth. The hotel is fairly close to the metro station and the chauk. Thank you for hosting me for the night ♡

Everything about Bungalow 99 is absolutely perfect. I’ve been traveling around India for a few months and really needed some city comforts to recharge my batteries and this place did not disappoint. Location is great in the beautiful Defense Colony. Staff was super nice. The place is spotless and decor is great. Truly a balm to my tired body. It is expensive and for that same price you can probably stay at a luxury 5-star hotel so it just depends on what you are looking for.

I travel to India from the USA several times a year, especially to the Delhi area. I like to stay in different hotels and guest houses in order to determine (for myself and other travelers) the best places to stay. The rooms were furnished with A/C, exceptionally nice blankets, private bathrooms, and desks to set up laptops. The main kitchen downstairs has a microwave, something you rarely see in budget hotels and houses in India. That said, I rated the Grace Home facility itself an '8' but service was a very outstanding 10+. The most notable part of my stay was the hospitality shown by Sanjeev, the owner, and especially his female staff (Shanti, Sheila, and Julie). I traveled with several very large and heavy luggages; and I did not ask the girls to take them up several flights of stairs. However, they did so without complaining at all. Also, they made sure I was taken good care of and prepared great meals for me every day. On my last day, Shanti noticed that I was having great difficulty in booking an Uber to Faridabad. For some reason, that day, drivers were canceling on me; so, she stayed with me a while outside, talked to a couple drivers, and finally got one to accept my booking. I really appreciated what she did for me. I am looking forward to staying at Grace Home again in a few months.

A very clean and cozy hotel. The owners have impeccable taste – you can feel it in every detail, and staying here is a real aesthetic pleasure. The owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere. The location is excellent: it’s a beautiful neighborhood, and we could easily reach all the places we needed. We stayed only one night while traveling from another city, but I’m sure I will come back and stay longer on my next trip to India.

The hostel is in a good position, the water is hot and the sheets and the rooms are clean. Moreover the restaurant is very good and clean and you can taste different dishes for a very good price without the risk of a "Delhi belly". One of the prettiest hotels I have ever visited. The decoration is very beautiful. The hotel reopened in 2020 so everything feel new and up to date, which I think it different from other hotels. The location was perfect for us, at the city center, so we could still enjoy the city the day before our flight, went to restaurant, Starbucks, etc. For us it was better then hotel near the airport. In my opinion this hotel gives high Value for money, and we are highly recommend stay there! Last but not the least - The staff were so nice and helpful, which made the stay even better! I would like to mention a certain employee at the hotel - Anil, who treated us amazingly, helped us with a late check-out, and gave us a very good feeling, which of course contributed to our experience!
