Great Location. Amazing view from balcony specially at night. Spacious room. Food is great. Could have breakfast only due to other prior appointments but did see people flocking in for dinner. Owner very friendly and helpful. They also got my car washed while I was having breakfast for no charges.

1. Facility : so spacious, bright with natural lights, huge washroom and all facilities like heater washing machine TV were available. They do have a garden and pond adjacent to the room 2. Host : Whole family waa so warm amd gentle. Ms Philipa was always available to answer any questions and provided whatever asked for. 3. Food : Delicious! Those home made food was so tasty i know i overate all those meals. Tea was awesome 4. Host arranged a cab for day outing which helped me to go around on a nominal price 5. Very peaceful and freindly atmosphere to spend sometime woth yourself or family Definetly recommending to everyone and if I get a chance would be back

it was a big, spacious, comfortable, clean room with plenty of big windows and a door leading to a small area outside where one could hang laundry. The bathroom was clean, and an element was available for heating water for bathing.

Excellent rooms, very neat and clean, value for money, staff is also very good, feels like home, I wish I visit again Sibsagar and stay at this property again for sure and I wish I get some discounts for my 2nd visit.

This is a very well designed property. You can see the attention to detail in everything and we especially appreciated the beautiful garden and all the traditional Assamese elements that were incorporated into a modern design. Everything is pristinely clean and it was really nice to have a comfortable bathroom/shower with thoughtful details such as shower gel and bath gel. The owner graciously allowed us to change our booking dates twice due to weather issues which we really appreciated. We were welcomed by the caretaker who is friendly and attentive. The house is also quite central so you can get to anywhere you need in a few minutes drive. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone coming to Sibsagar!
