Our stay at Mel Ville exceeded all our expectations. The location is great - a quiet side road and easy walking distance to all the main sights.The apartment was so lovely - immaculately clean and very comfortable and there is a nice terrace on top too. What made our stay so special was the warm hospitality of both Anup and Mehak. From the moment we arrived they made us feel so welcome - serving us the most delicious lunch in their home - we were blown away 🤩. We enjoyed several home cooked meals (breakfast and lunch) prepared by Mehak during our stay and it was by far the best food we ate during our visit to Pondicherry. They were so helpful - giving us plenty of tips and recommendations, all of which were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and we really appreciated all the little unexpected extra touches and kindness they extended to us. We are travelling around South India and have no doubt that our stay at Mel Ville will be one of the key highlights - a very special memory. Thank you so much ❤️🙏🙏

The location of the villa itself is a plus point as it is very peaceful and eye pleasing because of the surrounding greenery. The staff put in a lot of effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We were provided with refreshments and snacks at regular intervals with the staff accommodating our every craving.....the delicious food needs special mention which was prepared right in front of us.
