Very central location, close to the city center. Nice and clean house, but nothing special. No breacfast inclided in our arrangement, but there is a nice cafe in the basement - no noice/disturbance but good coffee and croassain are available in early morning) Flat is not super modern, but big, well arranged, very clean, well equiped and very comfortable. Beds are especially comfortable. Fairly modern and clean bathroom. Nice view to the neigborhood. Very well managed, flexible arrangements with the owner. Owner is helped us to find a parking place near by - but it should not be a problem in any way...He is also providing useful informationa about the city itself.

Cenzia, the host, was amazing! She was so lovely and got us a kettle and a mini fridge. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is excellent, the room was spotless and the bathroom more modern and bought and clean. Basic room but super comfy and clean.

Excellent location near the entrance to the old town. A big beautiful garden with a big terrace, where breakfast is served and with a jacuzzi. Our room was oriented toward the old town, very quiet. Staff very nice and helpful. Overall, very pleasant stay.

    Great location, close to Ascoli Piceno, and nice spots to refresh and swim in the river, beautiful hikes in the mountains and quaint historical towns We really enjoyed the procession of Quintana. Thank you Belinda and Sabrina for making our stay so enjoyable. We loved the blueberry cheesecake for breakfast!

    Location could not have been more perfect and Apartment 8 has marvelous views. Everything worked perfectly. No issues at all. Though we never met him, our host was very responsive with helpful answers to our questions .

    Location was perfect! The apartment was large with comfortable beds, great views, lovely terrace and bathrooms and kitchen (with a dishwasher!), very useful washing machine and excellent air conditioning. Reliable WiFi. Very thorough directions from the owner regarding access and parking. Netflix was a bonus for hot afternoons!

    The Nido is perfectly located for visiting the historic centre 10 minutes walk across the river bridge. The apartment has a balcony with a lovely view across the river to the old town. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Our host, Antonella, saved a car parking space directly opposite the apartment. Travelling with Dogs: Antonella did not charge extra for our dog and 5 minutes up the road almost directly opposite, is a handy little park for those morning/evening outings.
