Beautiful property and very comfortable. The verandah was a treat and the pool was a great bonus as did not feel that the water had any chemicals. Wish we could have stayed a few more days.

Davide and Manu were amazing hosts, always available for any qestiins we had and offered many useful tips about the places to be visited in the area. The property is located in a quiet area and offers everything one needs for a weekend getaway. Bonus points for being pet friendly and having enclosed gardens for each of the apartments. We really enjoyed our stay there and definitely would like to go back again.

We had a lovely time at Casa Sassi Scritti. Davide and Manu are attentive hosts and prepared the property with much care for our arrival. We had all we needed and much more at the property. If you love nature and want to enjoy peace and quiet in a stunning setting, you do not need to look any further. Long walks along the many trails await you. Make sure to shop for food before you arrive, then you can fill the fridge and enjoy your time out:-)

Our stay at Villa Colletto was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the hills north of Lucca, the property offered everything we could have dreamed of — and more. The house itself is a fairytale come to life. Beautifully restored and thoughtfully decorated, every room carries a sense of charm, comfort, and timeless elegance. The heart of the experience, however, was the incredible outdoor kitchen. Cooking and dining al fresco while taking in the sweeping views of the Tuscan countryside was unforgettable. The spacious balcony quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening wine — the panorama is absolutely breathtaking. One of the most memorable moments of our stay was the evening we spent with a private pizzaiolos. Watching them prepare delicious wood-fired pizzas in the outdoor oven was a highlight for both adults and children. It felt like a true celebration of Italian food and hospitality. Our hosts were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, striking the perfect balance between giving us privacy and being available whenever needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly at home. Villa Colletto is a place that touches the soul. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful, authentic, and luxurious Tuscan escape. We left with full hearts, unforgettable memories, and a strong desire to return.

    We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Ella - the location is perfect, with plenty of free car-parking nearby. The flat is very comfortable, nicely decorated with all amenities you may need and stunning river views from the balcony. We couldn't have asked for a better host, thank you very much Rob for your hospitality, warm welcome, sharing tips about the area (and the nice bottle of Prosecco!). We spent a week at Casa Ella and it was a great base to explore the area. We highly recommend it to other travellers.

    The location is very quiet, with beautiful views over the valley and a cute town near by. Great point to explore the rest of the Tuscan area around and not too far from the sea. The pool is very nice and relaxing. Rooms are big and have beautiful well maintained patios and gardens around. Great restaurant, loved our dinner, amazing wines!! The staff was extremely welcoming and kind! Pet friendly! I will be back!
