Leonardo is very kind and welcoming. The location is perfect, bang on in the centre. All the commodities are available. He even leaves sugar, coffee, salt and oil available. Everything is prim and proper. The bed is super comfortable!

Very nice, renovated apartment located just outside of the old, historic centre of Rieti, a stone's throw from the Museo Civico, and quite near to the Velino River. Best for a couple or a couple with one or two small children who will sleep together on the pull-out sofa-bed. The apartment is very comfortable with lots of seating, a great kitchen, and it is easy to keep cool on a hot day.

Very charming, with everything you need and it even has a beautiful terrace with lovely views of the mountains. Large and spacious , clean and well appointed. Central location and great value. The hosts were amazing and unbelievably helpful … places to see .. where to eat. They even went to the effort of organising a private transfer for us when our train was cancelled at the last minute. I can’t praise them highly enough.

The property was immaculate, had good facilities, including a washing machine. Internet facilities worked well, and Leonardo was very helpful when I needed to stay an extra day due to the train strike. Supermarket facilities were couple of minutes’ walk away as was the train station.
