This charming hotel completely exceeded our expectations. What truly sets it apart is the soul of the place. You can see the love and effort the owners, two wonderful sisters, pour into every detail. They were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, recommending hidden gems of Tuscany and making sure we had everything we needed. One of the most heartwarming things was meeting other guests who have been returning to this hotel for 15, even 30 years! Their love for the place speaks volumes about the experience. We felt so welcome and at home, and we can definitely see ourselves becoming regulars too. We will absolutely be back!

Extremely clean and very well equipped apartment. You don't need to worry about nothing, cause Nicla (the best host in the world) will take care of it. The apartment and surroundings are lovely. We loved the original and beautiful interior design. We were travelling with 8 months old infant and we couldn't choose better. Actually, we can't wait to come back.

Fantastic property - we LOVED everything. Simona and her family were the most wonderful hosts and nothing was a bother. The property was very clean, comfortable and stocked with a couple of extras. The view outside of the fields was awesome … fabulous to have a meal or appertif gazing at the beautiful vista. It was convenient to Mugello and a short walk to town.

    Loved everything! Excellent location for the via Delhi die. Beatrice was so lovely and her apartment was perfect- beds were comfortable, flat was spacious, kitchen was well equipped. Hot water takes a little to heat up but Beatrice told us.
