The apartment in the Villa of the Grand Hotel was amazing, great view of the mountain, well-equipped, clean, and very comfortable. The thermal baths and spa facilities are numerous and exceptional! The breakfast, in a very majestic room, was also excellent.

Booked this on a whim while traveling with a group and it was a treasure. Located right in the middle of Bormio, the location was perfect, right off of the main road but enough to where there was little noise. The exterior was decorated with flowers and looked wonderful. Inside was even better. The lounge downstairs had wood paneling and deep couches and was cozy and welcoming. The front desk staff were on top of everything and so helpful with everything we needed. They had a massive bicycle storage room in the basement that was clean and secure and had everything we needed to store our cases and bikes. The restaurant for breakfast was fantastic. The staff was courteous and professional and the food was fresh and fantastic. The rooms were clean and tidy and the bathrooms were large and the showers had great pressure. Had a wonderful time here and hope to return!

It was in such a pretty nature! Staff, dog and cats, food, the room, cleanliness, water pressure, sauna and Jacuzzi… everything was excellent:) Without a car, it is a bit far (20-30mins by walk)to the city center but it’s walkable and also the hotel kindly offered a shuttle ride twice a day. I would love to return to this hotel :)

Perfect position just in front of the Stelvio ski slope. We have been accommodated so well by the staff, friendly, polite and really nice. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable, the hotel offers a lot of facilities too explained in the description of the structure. The restaurant was very good, we had a great dinner and breakfast. I would come back here for a pleasant stay in Bormio for sure. Very well done! Grazie mille from Mandello del Lario :)

    The location was great in respect to reach the historical center of Bormio, Bormio Terme within walking distance and especially the road bike from the door. The bike storage with repair equipment excellent. Our dog was very welcome as well as in whole Bormio, great experience with people loving their pet friends.

    The Samoyed dogs at the house are fantastic! Every day we had a clean room and fresh towels. Breakfast and dinner were fair, with everything being of high quality and delicious. It's in a good location, and most importantly, it's a bike-friendly accommodation with storage. I can only recommend it.

    excellent location right next to the ski lift which was also the location of the parking . premises warm and modern , the three beds in one room still did not make the modern room feel small , the fire in the lounge was lovely and the two resident dogs adorable
