We travel a lot and we don't remember when we had such a nice time. The facility is located in nature surrounded by vineyards and orchards. The rooms are neat and clean. And finally, for the kindness and hospitality of Paola and Luca, a rating of 10 is too low. Thank you for everything and a hug to the beautiful dogs and horses.

I expected a shoebox to sleep in (which is fine because it was an emergency stop for us after 5 hrs of traffic on the roads today coming down from Munich). This place was amazing! The room was larger than expected and we had a large kitchen (fully equipped and plenty of food for breakfast and some snacks and beverages), a living room and a couple balconies to relax on…everything was immaculate and I’m grateful to have had such a great night here after a very long 12 hours in the car. I will definitely return under similar circumstances!!

    Beautiful property in a remote, quiet and peaceful location. Great to relax by the pool. You need a car to reach some amazing places. We loved Imola which was 30 min drive away. The hosts were on hand with some great tips and our dog loved the gardens and their dog too. We'll be back.

    Everything was exceptional! The whole place was clean and well equipped. You could tell the property is a labour of love for the owners so the specifications are much higher than you normally see in holiday lets. There was a lovely chilled vibe about the whole place and the hosts were lovely.
