The staff’s kindness!!! The staff was very friendly, especially Alessio who welcomed us with great kindness. The breakfast was excellent, and they even provided us a delicious breakfast box since we wouldn’t be able to have breakfast due to our early departure. We stayed in room 8, which was really beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and the room had everything we needed, including a hairdryer and shower gel. We were especially impressed with the breakfast – the choice was great, as we could order exactly what we wanted, and it was delivered directly to our room. We had options for both sweet and savory dishes, yogurt, cereal, croissants... The location is also excellent, close to the train station and the city center, which was very convenient. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist and make our stay as pleasant as possible. Overall, this is a perfect place for a relaxing stay in the city. Highly recommended!

Clean, good breakfast and dog friendly (dog bed, bowl and great info leaflet shared via email on what to do with your dog / offer of a pet sitter and vet if needed). I have to add I loved seeing the starling murmurations from the room window but that was just chance!

    I loved this hotel a lot. There were few distinguishing points about it: 1/ fantastic staff taking care of the parking. you handle the car’s keys and they do the magic. it’s priceless in Italy. 2/ rooftop jacuzzi: again fantastic staff advised to book it for sunset and it was simply gorgeous. we traveled with my mom and aunt and they felt they are in a movie. it was amazing. 3/ pet friendly: my dog Vanilka felt at home there; 4/ fantastic location. we enjoyed our stay a lot.
