Everything. A beautiful location, lovely small swimming pool. You are immersed in the life of a very small Italian hamlet next to a bigger town with all facilities. Very friendly people and wonderful food and wine. The breakfast was incredible, different home made sweet and savoury dishes every morning always served with a smile. Their restaurant was also incredible. Very calm at night. We will definitely go back.

Unique location in beautiful valley surrounded by the vineyards and olive gardens. Beautiful pool at villa and indoor and outdoor pool with spa on site. Very dog friendly hotel and superb food in one star level bistro or pool restaurant or on walking distance the Osteria. The prices of the excellent wines in the restaurant are very affordable and food pairing winepairing is offered at the bistro. The Borgo Condé is a unique high end offer for both venues and personal pleasures thanks to the overall quality and service and professionalism offered. Very good breakfast and super pet friendly. On site wine tasting available in a nice setting with Italian French and English explanations. The nearby town of Forli is 15 minutes away and worth visiting. But we stayed mostly on site for walks in the vineyards and swimming in the pools.

We really liked the location of the accommodation – quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to the highway and the sea. The hostess was extremely helpful and always willing to assist us. She came every day to clean and prepared breakfast for us. We truly enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend this place.
