Fantastic restaurant with a top Chef Igor and his amazing team 😊 with all ingredients sourced locally and veggies from a hotel garden where only organic / natural pesticides are used. We really enjoyed the cooking class with Chef Igor and few special dishes he prepared for us during our stay 🤗 I appreciate fully personalized approach of concierge. We had a yoga program arranged for us with amazing yoga instructor 🧘🏻‍♀️La Monastica is a perfect place for a little yoga retreat and rejuvenation. Finally the hotel is dog friendly 🐶 our dog did not want to leave home!! We will be back soon 😊❤️

Cinzia was really super host since the beginning. We were travelling with our toddler and even before the arrival she offered to us a crib to make it ready. Since we actually arrived, Cinzia was helpful all the time. She told us where we can eat, what to visit, with some sale. She was really nice and easy to talk person, during the breakfasts she was smiling and doing funny things with our baby, we were chitchatting multiple times, and those breakfasts were amazing (we were even eating on a terrace) with local products from bakery (I guess her friend if I remember correctly). During our stay she was also asking if we have trash to remove, change our sheets or towels. So I can only recommend.

Fantastic place to stay, good size rooms which are very tidy and cleaned daily. Breakfast is delicious. The host - Gina was very welcoming and helpful. We loved freshly prepared coffee every morning as well as variety of cakes baked by the host. If you want to experience a real Italian hospitality you need to stay here for a few days.

Breakfast consisted of local and homemade produce and baking, excellent! Dinner was cooked from scratch and represented local cuisine and Nonna’s recipes, the Zuppa alla Garfagnia was to die for. House is lovely. Situated in a woodland setting with views of the valley and the nearest village, where there is a lovely pizzeria. House is very comfortable with comfy sofas, a lovely well-equipped kitchen, a large kitchen table, as well as useful outdoor seating areas, including in the garden and on the balcony of the upper floor. Beds are comfortable and lovely shower is just what's needed after a hot, sunny day. Nice touches we appreciated included having soft throw blankets for the sofas while flopping at the end of a day of sightseeing, and having a selection of seasoning, spices, rubs etc in the kitchen. For families, a washer and separate drier is always a bonus. We were very happy here and were grateful to have good WIFI and the option of watching smart TV, of which there are three.

    Absolutely amazing stay! Our host, Cristina, was incredible and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself is impeccably clean and equipped with everything you could imagine. The apartment in the villa is not only beautiful but also the location offers spectacular views and is conveniently close to many special places like Florence, Pisa, Lucca, and many more. We enjoyed daily trips exploring the surroundings thanks to Cristina's excellent recommendations. We definitely plan to return.

    We highly recommend this accommodation. Beautiful rooms, great kitchen with local products (homemade honey, pesto, etc.). Dinners were awesome! We felt like we were in real Tuscany. The excellent and friendly approach of the owner made our vacation even better.

    We had a lovely stay in a beautifully renovated place with a magnificent view over Montecatini Terme. Breakfast, and optional dinner, were excellent. Pierluigi, his wife and staff were really friendly and recommended some places. We got attached to their dog Bruno.
