Great place. We booked it like a treat for only one night stay on our trip around Italy. A bit pricier for us. But we loved it. Great self check in. All you need is there. Option to have BBQ, just buy your coal (we found one in the local shop). It is all yours to enjoy. In a little charming town. We were worried it would be too hot in the tent, but even in this summer heat, we had great sleep.

I want to share not just a review, but my immense gratitude for a wonderful time! These apartments exceeded all our expectations. Spacious, bright, very cozy, and truly furnished with soul. It has absolutely EVERYTHING for a comfortable family vacation: from a fully equipped kitchen (down to the smallest details like spices and coffee) to a washing machine, which is invaluable with children. Cleanliness, comfortable beds, modern appliances — we felt right at home. But the most important thing is not even the ideal conditions, but the people who create them. Special thanks to Mark — an incredibly responsive and kind host. He was always available, gave us lots of useful advice about the city, and helped with any questions we had. We were especially touched by the warm atmosphere created by his family. We were charmed by the kindness and care of Mark's mother, who welcomed us with such warmth, as if we were old friends. And his sister, the lovely Chiara, is such a sunny and positive person! It is clear that they have a very warm, friendly relationship, and this energy of kindness and hospitality is passed on to their guests. Thank you for sharing this warmth with us! We left feeling like we had stayed with good friends. We will definitely be back and will recommend your apartment to all our friends! Best wishes!

    It is a nicely arranged apartment, located on the second floor, with two bedrooms and large salon. In the vast living room you can rest and enjoy a glass of wine after visiting the nearby cathedral and tower of Pisa, the fortress of Lucca, or the mind-boggling cathedral in Florence.     A very large and comfortable apartment, fully equipped with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a living room that can accomodate an entire family. The property is located in the village of Massarosa, midway between the gorgeous city of Lucca and the beaches of Viareggio, on the edge of a field with several greenhouses where the owners grow flowers all the year long. It's a quiet and rural location where guests can rest in a home-like atmosphere after a busy day spent exploring the region. Finally the price: reasonable and quite competitive.
