We liked everything. The host is the most caring I've ever seen. The house was wonderful, all new and clean. The kitchen was packed with food from their farm, there was everything we needed and even more. Also there were a lot of small nice things, like package of wonderful local cosmetics, welcome letter in Lithuanian language!!!, package of Halloween candies for a kid - all those small things that made our stay exceptional!

Nicole and the other lady were both extremely friendly and helpful, and amazing cooks! Diner and breakfast were perfect, everything is homemade (and of course local). Lodging is separate from the main farm building, quiet, simple and efficient, exactly what we needed on our stop there when touring Tuscany by bike!

We stayed at Il Sole alla Terra during Easter. We were welcomed with Easter Cookie. It was a great place, easily accessible. All the amenities were available. Perfectly clean and tidy. We had great time there. Francesca was a great host, she was in contact all the time.

Fabulous little apartment, in great quiet location of the very interesting, attractive town of Peccioli. The apartment has a lovely view looking north west towards Pisa, with a floor-to-ceiling open window / door where you can sit and watch the swifts diving about the church tower opposite (in the summer of course). Giorgio the owner met us and despite not speaking English or us not speaking Italian, he explained everything we needed to know easily, and in a super friendly welcoming way. The apartment has several nice touches - iPad for Spotify music, Alexa to control the lights, a selection of wines to purchase on a wine rack on the wall, a bar of chocolate, some Italian sweets, toiletries and a Lavazzo coffee pod machine with plenty of pods that lasted all week. Despite there being a sofa bed, the bed was extremely comfortable and my partner and I slept well. There was no noise outside, the air conditioning worked well and was so quiet you couldn't hear it at all. All in all, a fabulous little place in the heart of Peccioli, a Tuscan village that is trying to make its mark through its outdoor contemporary art, progressive mayor, innovative electric car transport scheme and most of all, very friendly local people who made us feel very welcome - especially Giorgio. Thanks Giorgio!

This might be the very first review I’ve ever left on Booking, even though I’ve been a member forever and travel a lot. So why now? Because this stay was so picture-perfect that I feel the host truly deserves my compliments - which I’ve already shared in private, and now want to share in public. Utterly delighted by the location, the host's kindness, the cleanliness and professionalism: thank you for everything. A real authentic Tuscan farm with vineyards and olive trees. The accommodation is impeccable, with comfortable beds. Sabrina, the owner, is a great host, helpful and very nice, like everyone. Claudia the chef conjures up first-class meals, breakfast and dinner every day. A dog-friendly place, Lily, my Jack Russel puppy, and I felt like family members . I would love to go back and recommend it to everyone. simply perfect
