Amazingly beautiful room, great location and very friendly staff. They even helped us with transport when the train drivers went on strike! Would gladly recommend to anybody who wants to experience a spacious room with extra facilities (jazucci, sauna), in the heart of Montecatini!

Friendly helpful lovely staff and a wonderful poolside breakfast was happily set up for our multi generational family. Easy parking (large free car park opposite), very convenient for the funicular (250m) to the old town which was magical at night for dinner. Recommend to make a restaurant reservation in advance especially if you want an outdoor table.

Apartments are very nice, fully renovated, very comfortable and beautiful 🤩 Location is in the heart of Montecatini , right in the center, the view also was amazing . The host is always ready to help. It was one of the best apartments i have ever stayed in‼️ 💯 % recommend 👍 free parking very close.

Very clean appartment, comfort bed, good facilities, very good free coffee. On top location just 5min walking to the centre. Free parking available just 2 streets away (3 minutes of walking), in the morning or earlier in the day it was difficult to find any available spot on free parking, but in the late afternoon almost whole parking was empty. Overall, I would rate this a 9 due to a small issue with the air conditioning, but the hosts, Daniele and Emilia, were incredibly kind and fixed the AC very quickly without disturbing us, so because of them I’m giving 10!!

The apartment was stunning, everything was clean, tidy and spaceous, it was near the train station so you could easily acces public transport. We were given clear instructions and explanation sent by mail so we could easily locate the apartment and know how to use certain items in the apartment. It was a great stay and I highly reccomend booking it.

The hotel is good value for money. We had a comfortable clean room. We had been travelling a bit before arrival and I had forgotten body cream, it was the only hotel we had stayed at that offered body cream in the bathrooms. I was very thankful. The staff were lovely and helpful, from front desk to cleaning lady and serving crew.

This was an absolute gem of a hotel. Amazing view from the rooftop pool, great rooms and the best restaurant in town. The staff is wonderful!!! Always helpful and smiling. Not because they are trained to, but because they like people at their hotel. During our stay the staff quickly became like family. We had great times with Nadisha by the pool and the restaurant manager was the best host you could ever wish for. To be honest we would come back just for the pleasure of meeting the staff again. I travel over 50 times a year for work, not always with my wife and this was by far the best experience with staff I have ever had… The restaurant features delicious classic Italian dishes in a quiet and nice environment. Again the staff will go out of their way to make it and experience to remember. I recommend this place with all my heart.

    We travelled with a dog, Emi, and the staff Ilenia was great in taking good care of her at breakfast, bringing her water and ham, and providing us with a table outside near the pool. The location was great, near all the interesting sights. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very dark at night. It was nice to have a swimming pool and a warm water jet pool included in the price. The breakfast buffet was very good too.
