The apartments was fantastic, I highly recommend it for everyone! the windows have an amazing view on the tuscan hills, the apartments was clean and nicely equipped with everything you would need to cook someting on the stove. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and clean as well.

The apartment was wonderfully quaint and had everything we needed. The host left lovely juice and cakes for us. It was easy to find, instructions were clear and it was easy to get the key from the lock box. The place is just perfectly located in the middle of the old town and beautifully kept. So ver special to stay in such an old building. The bathroom was perfectly clean, shower and toilet space quite small but perfect for us. Parking was close by - make sure you have coins!! We really really enjoyed Montepulciano and definitely will come back again one day in the future. Thanks for a lovely stay.

At a first sight you can see that owners of the hotel invested a lot to make it perfect. And perfect is the way I would call it. I have not seen a hotel equiped, built and ran with such presicion and perfection. Svetoni crest was ebroidered even on the pillows. In terms of interior and exterior design, there were just no mistakes. Osmosi restaurant was also one of our best culinary experience. And on top of that people are very friendly, we spent an hour after the guided winery tour (which we recommend) with our guide just chatting and discussing Italy and Italian food and bevrages.

    Location was good and close to the motorway. It is better though to stay there on the way South, as when going North one has to go across country for about 20 km and the same the next day to get on the motorway. Great location for walking the dogs. Also we did not hear the motorway which helps with sleeping. Staff was excellent and super friendly. The food in the restaurant was good, my bean soup was absolutely delicious.

    The breakfast was the best we ever had in Italy. Christelle is from Switzerland and makes everything fresh, everyday a lot of different choices including Croissants and Zopf :) From the eating area you can see over fields of olive trees and in the other direction grape wines. Very clean agriturismo. Our kids loved the dog Aki, and the there was also a cat. Thank you Christelle and Marco, we felt very much at home.

    Perfect location — 5’ from Montepulciano Lovely view from the terrace and a huge apartment all for ourselves Super cool that they’re also pet friendly which is a must for us Also the host was super friendly in the communication and very helpful, the def check in just made everything even easier — highly recommend

    Spacious and comfortable accommodation in a beautiful and peaceful location. Welcoming hostesses and their dogs who were very companionable. Inexpensive and filling breakfast available. Delicious homemade wine 10 min walk to a good supermarket for our supplies and 15 mins walk to the beautiful historic centre with its good range of places to eat.
