Fabulous little apartment, in great quiet location of the very interesting, attractive town of Peccioli. The apartment has a lovely view looking north west towards Pisa, with a floor-to-ceiling open window / door where you can sit and watch the swifts diving about the church tower opposite (in the summer of course). Giorgio the owner met us and despite not speaking English or us not speaking Italian, he explained everything we needed to know easily, and in a super friendly welcoming way. The apartment has several nice touches - iPad for Spotify music, Alexa to control the lights, a selection of wines to purchase on a wine rack on the wall, a bar of chocolate, some Italian sweets, toiletries and a Lavazzo coffee pod machine with plenty of pods that lasted all week. Despite there being a sofa bed, the bed was extremely comfortable and my partner and I slept well. There was no noise outside, the air conditioning worked well and was so quiet you couldn't hear it at all. All in all, a fabulous little place in the heart of Peccioli, a Tuscan village that is trying to make its mark through its outdoor contemporary art, progressive mayor, innovative electric car transport scheme and most of all, very friendly local people who made us feel very welcome - especially Giorgio. A beautiful, well-equipped and exceptionally clean apartment. It truly feels like a home away from home – everything has been carefully thought out and decorated with great attention to detail. In the morning, when you open the window, you can admire a breathtaking sunrise and listen to the soothing sound of cicadas. It's a perfect place to relax – peaceful and quiet, yet very comfortable and located right in the heart of the charming town of Peccioli.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Peccioli. The place is truly amazing. Very modern, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need: air conditioning, a dishwasher, all the necessary kitchenware and more. The large terrace was a real highlight, perfect to relax and enjoy the view. The location in the historic center of Peccioli was excellent. Lovely bars and cafés just around the corner, and very convenient parking nearby. Luigi and his wife were incredibly kind and welcoming. Communication and check-in went smoothly, and everything was perfectly organized. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back. Highly recommended! Just to note: the apartment is located on the upper floor, so you should be comfortable with climbing some few stairs. But it’s absolutely worth it for the beautiful rooftop terrace.

Lovely Place in the middle of nowhere. We enjoyed the garden and the outside shower so much! Check in was easy, parking spot directly in front of the house . There was a bottle of wine for us as a welcome present :)

    The hosts were very kind. Although they only know Italian, we were able to communicate with them. We received fresh tomatoes and home-made wine as a gift. The accommodation is very cozy, away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are comfortable and large. The pool was perfect. There are cute pets around the house (dog, cat, hen, duck). It is an excellent choice for those who like a rural atmosphere.

    Beautiful location, clean and well maintained accomodation. Maria is a fantastic warm and welcoming host, this is the perfect place to stay if you want to explore Tuscany and sample some outstanding wine and Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced by Maria herself. Pool is great and is cleaned daily, parking is ample, its a great place to relax and enjoy stunning views. We cant recommend highly enough.

    A real authentic Tuscan farm with vineyards and olive trees. The accommodation is impeccable, with comfortable beds. Sabrina, the owner, is a great host, helpful and very nice, like everyone. Claudia the chef conjures up first-class meals, breakfast and dinner every day. A dog-friendly place, Lily, my Jack Russel puppy, and I felt like family members . I would love to go back and recommend it to everyone. simply perfect
