Our family had an unforgettable stay at Nikis Resort in June 2023. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a truly breathtaking setting. Nestled amidst picturesque surroundings, Nikis Resort offers a serene and tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The natural beauty of the resort's location left us in awe, with stunning views that created a sense of peace and relaxation. The accommodations at Nikis Resort were nothing short of exceptional. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and provided all the comforts we could have asked for. The attention to detail in the room's design and decor was remarkable, creating an inviting and luxurious atmosphere for our family. The resort's amenities were outstanding. The swimming pool area was a favorite spot for us where we spent hours enjoying the refreshing water and the sun loungers provided. The on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations, serving delectable dishes made from fresh and locally sourced ingredients. The attentive and friendly staff ensured that our dining experience was always memorable. One aspect that stood out was the exceptional level of service we received throughout our stay. The staff at Nikis Resort went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to our every need. Their genuine care and attention to detail truly made a difference and enhanced our overall experience. Additionally, the resort offers various activities and excursions, allowing guests to explore the natural beauty of the surrounding area. From hiking trails to cultural tours, there was something for everyone in the family to enjoy. We cannot recommend Nikis Resort enough. The property exceeded our expectations. You’ve got everything you need, and only a short drive from Umbertide where you can find supermarkets and restaurants. The terrace was amazing, the sun rises on one side (bedroom window side), and sets on the other side. There’s a bbq outside, which I wish I had time to use. Kitchen facilities, ironing, washing machine etc. you name it and it’s there. Paolo was great. Private parking space was really helpful. If you need a place in Umbertide, don’t think twice, just book here. If I ever come back to Umbertide then I would have to come back here, no questions.

Really friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel was pleasant with good bedroom and shower. Breakfast had a wide range of options. Location is more rural so depends on what your needs are, but worth checking public transport options if you don't have a car.

The room, if a little bare, was super clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location is good for the centre of Umbertide. We thought that a couple of glasses could have been supplied. The coffee machine and fridge were in a shared area with another room, so that on our last morning the coffee machine was blocked with used coffee capsules.

Great place and fantastic host. We were warmly welcomed and given with all kind of extremely useful instructions regarding the place and its location. It is situated very close to the amazing center of Perugia, however it may not look like at the first glance. The hint is to use stairs to walk inside the city. Perfect parking lot is available which is very useful and unique in crowded Italian cities. You may park your car safely with constant access the the car. And all that 500 meters from Perugia Fortress. Strongly recommended!
