The view from the balcony is amazing, and the apartment is spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated. The location in Praiano is great because it’s between Positano and Amalfi, making it easy to visit both. Gianni is an excellent host—he responds quickly and is very supportive during the stay!

Location was perfect - there are LOTS of steps to the property that are unavoidable, but once there, the view is magnificent. It is well worth the effort! We especially liked the sea view from each bedroom and a separate bathroom for each bedroom. Our host left wine and limoncello for our enjoyment (paid on an honor basis), plus assisted us to book a trip to Capri which we could not have done on our own as everything seemed to be full. Adriana worked her magic! She also arranged our shuttle from Naples airport to the property on both legs of the holiday.

    We loved that this hotel has private parking (rare on this stretch of coast) but most importantly it was dog friendly. The staff were very welcoming to our mini Dachshund, Henry, and it wasn’t a problem for him to come to dinner and breakfast with us. The food was divine and served on beautiful hand painted plates. The lemons growing overhead were huge and ripe and very picturesque. Our room had a beautiful private terrace overlooking the sea. Too bad that it rained a lot during our stay. We will return!

    The location was the best! The hotel has two pools and a private beach with elevator access. There is a dock for catching a boat/water taxi and walkable to the cute city center of Praiano. The food at all the hotel’s restaurants was beyond amazing both in taste and service. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the rooms were well appointed. The cherry on top for our family was Oliver, the owners dog who happily greeted guests day and night. We just left yesterday and already want to come back!

    The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner included both were great quality. The location is great, close to bus stop, beach isn't too far away. The view from the room and restaurant are amazing. The resident dog was a bonus!
