My stay at A'nett was lovely. I enjoyed the atmosphere, the calmness, the luxury of my big room. Special thanks to the wonderful staff. They were super friendly and made me feel very welcome. i liked the room size, cleanness, breakfast was so various and delicious, the spa... all all was super amazing especially the receptionist Claudia she is so friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night, and although the reception was unattended, they had left the keys for us along with a note explaining that we could complete the check-in process and make payment the following morning.

Straight upon arrival the reception staff were so welcoming and check in process quick and easy. The best part of the stay was the extra effort they put into ensuring our stay was perfect. I had previously requested a little slice of cake to surprise my partner for his birthday upon arrival and they went above and beyond. Not only 2 slices of cakes, a personalised signed birthday card and a room upgrade. Safe to stay it was one of my most favourite stays. Rooms are impeccablelbly clean, stocked with everything you would need (Cutlery, cups, glasses, cooking utensils etc.) and their breakfast was also outstanding. We also had dinner at their restaurant and it did not disappoint. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

    The place looked well maintained, with nice view. As far as locat6, it's close to the Italian border, so if you are about to explore orteise and it's surrounded area, I would advise to stay near there as the drive is about 1h 45 minutes each way and it's a zigzag road in the mountains
