Attention to detail was excellent, as was the decor. Unusual design with many attractive features. Colour combinations were very toned and original. Very state of the art heating and air conditioning system. Helpful and friendly owner welcomed us, very capable and fun. The garden was colourful with plants and flowers and comfortable chairs. Ideal for an hour to read or sit in the sun after visiting the local medieval villages nearby. The location in the village with it's many small shops and restaurants was new for us. Interesting to look out the window at the village coming to life in the morning. Breakfast was eaten in the restaurant next door with Francesco, the owner, acting as waiter. His smile and enthusiasm made a good start to the day and his freshly baked croissant and home made jam were very good, Coffee was great too! We would definitely think to return not only for the comfort and great ambience in Nobilia Dimore but also for the pretty countryside with open spaces and trails through the hills.

The architecture of the entire building is exceptional, the room's size is perfect. The bathroom is a magnificent as well as all the facilities. The breakfast was the best we had for a long time, and the staff is exceptionally helpful and nice. Overall the experience we had is 10/10

Had an absolutely fabulous stay at Emilia Tuscan Stone. The villa (which can be split into two separate self-contained villas- we had both), pool and surroundings are beautiful and had everything we needed. The owners were amazing - nothing was too much trouble and they really helped us out while we were there. They've gone to a lot of trouble to make sure the guest experience is as lovely as possible - and the gorgeous weather and Tuscan surroundings definitely helped too! 10/10 and we would recommend this to anyone.

    Absolutely perfect place to stay for a relaxing discovery of Tuscany. Staff is kind, caring and professional. Accommodation is brand new, very clean and practical. Stia is a lovely small town with many things to discover and perfectly nested away from the large tourists center. One of the best ever vacation we ever had !

    Magnificent new Boutique Hotel located in the quiet Casentino National Forest village Stia: perfect and friendly service, beautiful furnished & equipped rooms, awesome combined in- & outpool, SPA & separate tranining room with the latest fitness equipment! Great food & good drinks in a superb atmosphere!     One of my favorite stays in my 1.5 months in Europe. Patrizia was so kind and accommodating, the hotel was spotlessly clean and so elegant, while remaining comfortable. Perfect location in the piazza, delicious breakfast, and one of my favorite touches — a beautiful mural on the ceiling of my room!

    An old building Located in one of the most beautiful towns in Tuscany , that has been turned into a beautiful hotel. with a large lobby area where there is a good restaurant, and one of the best cocktail bars I've met, I highly recommend to checking it out 👈🏼👌
