Our stay at Gino's home was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, Gino's hospitality shone through. He was extremely friendly and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. His flexibility was truly appreciated, as he accommodated our needs with ease. One of the highlights of our stay was when Gino brought us fresh, delicious tomatoes from his garden. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and they were the best tomatoes we've ever tasted! If you're looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay, Gino's home is the perfect choice. Hotel La Piana itself is absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful Italian stone house. The surrounding area is breathtaking. Just getting up in the morning to see the sun bathing the hills and valleys with morning light is amazing. The bistro and bar is so charming and the staff is lovely and very accomodating and the dinners the owner makes twice a week is well worth it. The pool area is great as well! The room are beautiful and the AC is a godsend.

Breakfast consisted of local and homemade produce and baking, excellent! Dinner was cooked from scratch and represented local cuisine and Nonna’s recipes, the Zuppa alla Garfagnia was to die for.     Our family group stayed for 6 nights in two different apartments and loved it. The location was great for exploring Tuscany. The apartments were well equipped (including a lovely welcome pack which was so lovely) and we loved the outdoor areas. Emanuella was always available and a very helpful host. There was on site secure parking.

    The apartment was lovely. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet and well stocked. The outside areas were great and we enjoyed eating on the terrace. It was nice to have good cooking facilities and a chance to wash clothes. The owner was easy to communicate with and friendly.

    Beautiful views from the property. Very clean, well maintained and comfortable. We loved that everything was updated and easy to use, especially the washing machine. Great spot to explore Northern Tuscany and was a perfect location for us as family lives in the area. Emanuela the host was fantastic. Will definitely return--it is one of the best properties we have ever rented in Italy.
